If you’re here, it means you’ve taken a step towards finding new ways to improve your health and wellness, and we’re excited to be a part of it! We’re offering nearly 400 free appointments this coming week. Browse the appointment types below, then book quickly to secure your free treatment!

HOW TO BOOK

  1. Browse our treatment types below. Check out the videos for explanations of the different treatments, and download the timetable to help find the perfect slot for you. Sports massages are available for new patients, and all other appointment types are available for returning patients. One appointment per person only, please.

  2. Book your chosen appointment. Note that these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so be sure to book the appointment you want as the rest will fill up quickly. Be sure to provide all the information we request so we can secure your appointment.

  3. Check for a confirmation email. This should arrive within a few minutes. If you don’t see it after an hour, and it’s not in your spam folder or promotions tab, see the FAQ for alternate ways to confirm your appointment.

  4. Return any forms we send you. You will get a consultation form sent to your email ahead of your appointment. It’s important to fill this out before you arrive in order to have the most time possible for your treatment. Add [Redacted] to your contacts to make sure you see your forms when they are sent.

We’re offering free 30-minute sports massage appointments to new patients and other exciting treatments to returning patients. We ask that you book just one appointment, as we want to serve as many people as possible this week! If booking for multiple people, see our FAQs at the bottom of this page.

I’M A NEW PATIENT. WHAT TREATMENT CAN I BOOK?

We recommend that new patients experience our signature offering, a 30-minute sports massage!

I’M A RETURNING PATIENT. WHAT TREATMENT CAN I BOOK?

Any treatment EXCEPT sports massage is available for returning patients. We have so many treatment types to experience during health week, from exciting techniques like cupping and acupuncture to consultations on nutrition and other health matters. If you’re really craving a massage, we’re offering recovery & de-stress massages for returning patients during Health Week this year, but we recommend you use this week to explore new ways to improve your wellness and find new treatments!

DOES MY PRE-EXISTING CONDITION AFFECT THE TYPE OF APPOINTMENT I CAN HAVE?

No, but we ask that you disclose any pre-existing conditions in your consultation form so that we can give you the treatment that will be best for you.

CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE APPOINTMENT?

Short answer: no. We aim to serve as many people as possible during Health Week, so we ask that you keep it to one appointment per person. After you book an appointment, any additional appointments will be automatically cancelled. Don’t forget that we will be providing exclusive offers to those who attend Health Week, so you’ll still be able to try out our treatments at a reduced rate after Health Week is over!

HOW WILL I KNOW I’M BOOKED?

You should receive a confirmation email within an hour. Check your spam folder and promotions tab, and search for [Redacted] to be sure it’s not hiding. If you still can’t find it, email [Redacted] with the subject line “Is my appointment confirmed?” providing all the details of the appointment you booked. We will reply within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY PREFERRED APPOINTMENT ISN’T AVAILABLE?

If you’d like to be added to the waitlist, Go ahead and book your second-choice appointment. Then send us an email at [Redacted] with the subject line “Waitlist [APPOINTMENT TYPE]”, inserting the appointment type you want. Provide all the details for both the appointment you want AND the appointment you booked. We will let you know if it becomes available.

CAN I BOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Of course! We’d love to welcome as many people as possible. However, we request that you email their information immediately after booking to [Redacted] with the subject line “Booking for [THEIR NAME]”, inserting the name of the person who will be receiving the treatment. Please provide all of the details of the existing booking and the patient within the email. If we don’t receive this information, any additional appointments made by the same person will be deleted.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, but we understand that life happens. To cancel your booking, click here [LINK]. We also ask that you email [Redacted] with the subject line “Cancellation” and the details of your appointment so that we can open it up to the waitlist as soon as possible; otherwise the system will not release the appointment automatically.

HOW DO I GET TO MY APPOINTMENT?

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE?

Upon arrival to [Redacted], please see the main reception to check in. Your therapist will be down to collect you when it is time for your appointment. If it is after 6 or on the weekend, the front door may be locked. There will be a sign on the door with instructions. As long as you have a confirmation of your appointment from us, someone will be down to collect you at your appointment time; no need to ring or email.

IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS ON-SITE?

The building and grounds are accessible. We are on the 3rd floor, but a lift is available. If you require use of the lift, please email us at [Redacted] with the subject line “Lift Access Required” so that we can notify you and rearrange your appointment if there are any service issues.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

During your treatment, you may be asked to remove clothing. This will only be the necessary items of clothing appropriate for the area being worked on. Underwear will remain worn at all times. You may bring a pair of loose fitting comfortable shorts. No clothing will be removed during nutrition and coaching appointments.
