Well, aside from being an injury rehabilitation specialist, I also know firsthand what it’s like to live with back pain. I suffered from scoliosis as a child, but my pain didn’t stop there. As an adult I was exhausted, frustrated, and in so much pain, but my GP would only give me mild painkillers and antidepressants. I felt like I had hit rock bottom at just 22 years old. I was on my own, and if I was going to get better then I had to do something about it myself.
